Dan Says: This is my favourite unit here: it looks very expensive and has a cool display which lets you upload your own images or movies. The button layout is easy to get used to and I have to say the sound quality was superb. I managed to really crank it proper loud and there was no sign of distortion and the music sounded awesome. Ilike the fact you get a remote control too.

Neil Says: JVC has really raisedthe bar here. The G821 has three amp outputs for easy system expansion with the added benefit of 5V output, where most units peak at only 4V. The PICT (picture and video upload) is so simple to use: burn what you need to a CD, drop it into the unit and upload it. The USB input won't quite have enough power to take an iPod, so go for a dedicated iPod lead which means you get full control of the iPod through the head unit. JVC also do a lead for all other headphone-output devices which is a handy bonus.
